- Providing false information during registration may result in the account being closed at any time.
- It is the Member's sole responsibility to keep their account login details (username and password) completely confidential.
- Transferring or selling your account to a third party is prohibited.
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the support team immediately.
Identity Verification (KYC)
nm880 may verify your identity before processing financial transactions. This process may involve requesting a copy of your national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
nm880 supports only recognised payment methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Deposit Terms
- Deposited funds must come from a payment account registered in the same person's name.

Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawal requests may only be made to the payment number or bank account registered to your own account.
- The portion of a bonus balance that has not met its wagering requirement is not withdrawable.
- If unusual or suspicious activity is found, the Authority may hold the withdrawal and conduct an investigation.
- Large withdrawals may be delayed until identity verification is complete.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
nm880 offers various bonuses and promotional offers, which are available under specific conditions. Each offer has its own terms, which apply alongside the general Terms.
Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (based on the bonus amount).
Wagering Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the total balance.
General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer may be used only once and cannot be claimed more than once on a single account.
- If a withdrawal is made after claiming a bonus without completing the wagering requirement, the bonus and any winnings earned from it may be cancelled.
- The Authority reserves the right to close an account if bonus abuse or bonus hunting is detected.
- nm880 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers.

Technical Errors

Bronze Tier
Up to 0.5% cashback per week. New active members start at this tier.
Silver Tier
Up to 1.0% cashback per week. This tier can be reached through regular and active play.
Gold Tier
Up to 1.5% cashback per week. The highest benefits and priority service are provided.
- Promotion or demotion in VIP tier is based on criteria set by the Authority.
- Cashback benefits may not apply to certain games or categories.
- VIP benefits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- VIP status may be revoked in the event of a breach of the Terms.

- If bonus abuse or dishonest gaming practices are proven.

- Failure to provide identity verification documents requested by the Authority.
In the event of account closure, any verifiable legitimate balance will be returned; however, if closed due to a breach of the Terms, the Authority reserves the right to withhold the balance in full or in part.
Limitation of Liability
The nm880 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. We cannot provide an absolute guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service. nm880's liability is limited in the following matters:
- A game session being cancelled due to an internet connection disruption.
- Software errors from third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, etc.).
- Delays or failures by banking or payment methods.
- Server downtime caused by unexpected technical issues.
